Carriage

UK (Excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands):

• Next day delivery service for orders with weights up to 70Kg.
• Pallet deliveries for orders over 70kg are sent on a Premium service, delivery the first working day following the day of despatch.

Export and Northern Ireland:

• Two-day service for boxes up to 30kg.
• Pallet deliveries are sent on a Premium service, delivery two to five working days following the day of despatch.

Returned Goods and Credits

• Notification must be made prior to the return of any goods within 30 days of despatch.
• Errors in despatch must be notified within 7 days.
• Unless faulty, all goods returned must be received in the same condition as despatched from Tubeclip Ltd
• Goods that have been clearly used or marked cannot be accepted for credit.
• A 10% administration charge will apply. Carriage for return will be borne by the customer .
